• Processing and delivering your orders
• Communicating order updates
• Managing subscriptions
• Sharing specials or promotions (with your permission)

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties. Your data is securely stored and handled according to South African POPIA regulations.

All our sauces are prepared fresh and handled with care. Because our products are food items, returns are not allowed unless:

• The product was damaged during delivery
• You received an incorrect item
• There is a manufacturing issue

Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include a clear photo when reporting an issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

By subscribing to any Nay-Nay's Kitchen monthly or seasonal plan, you agree to:

• Recurring deliveries according to the chosen cycle
• Keeping your contact and delivery details updated
• Notifying us if you would like to pause or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time, but changes must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

All orders are prepared fresh. Delivery windows are based on your selected date and time.

Once you place an order:

• You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email
• We will contact you if we require additional information
• Delivery will take place within the agreed timeframe

Payment is accepted via:

• EFT
• Cash on delivery
• eWallet
• Special arrangements for bulk buyers

For incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or unavailable recipients, a redelivery fee may apply.

Seasonal specials, festive bundles, birthday deals, and limited-time offers:

• Are valid only for the dates specified
• Cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated
• Are subject to availability
• May change or end at any time without prior notice

Birthday promotions require your birth date to be added to your customer profile.
