Cooking Tips & Techniques

Balancing Heat

If you’ve added a little too much chilli, don’t panic. Add more starch (rice, pasta, bread) or a splash of cream or coconut milk to soften the heat without losing flavour.

Marinating Time

For best results, marinate your meat for at least 2 hours using our sauces as a base – or overnight if possible. The longer it rests, the deeper the flavour.
