  • 4 Burger rolls
  • 4 Chicken fillets
  • 2 Tomatoes Sliced
  • 2 Cheese slices, cut in half
  • 4 large leaves Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, for spreading
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Nay-Nay’s Kitchen Zesty Blend Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken spice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon White or Black pepper

    Cut the burger rolls in half.

    Spread butter on the cut sides of the rolls.

    Grill the rolls until golden and lightly crispy. Set aside.

    Season the chicken fillets with chicken spice, salt, and black pepper.

    Add Nay-Nay’s Kitchen Zesty Blend Sauce to the chicken and mix well. (Optional: marinate overnight for extra flavour.)

    Grill the chicken until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through on both sides.

    Break the cheese slices in half and place one half on each chicken fillet.

    Allow the cheese to melt over the hot chicken.

    Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each grilled roll.

    Place the cheesy chicken fillet onto the bottom roll.
