Instructions
  1. 1

Place a pan on the stove and add the oil. Heat on medium.

  2. 2

Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk. Add salt and white (or black) pepper.

  3. 3

Roll the chicken strips in flour. Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture. Roll the chicken back into the flour to coat again (flour, egg, flour).

  4. 4

Add the coated chicken strips to the hot pan with oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

Remove the pan from the stove.

  6. 6

Lay out the wraps. Spread mayonnaise evenly over each wrap. Add Nay-Nay’s Kitchen Sweet Heat Sauce on top of the mayonnaise and spread. Slice the cheese in half and place it in a row in the centre of each wrap. Place two chicken strips per wrap on top of the cheese. Add two tomato slices per wrap. Season lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add lettuce on top.

  7. 7

  8. 8

Remove the pan from the stove and turn off the heat.

  9. 9

Plate and serve hot with a drink of your choice.
